I had mixed feelings coming into this school year. I've never really been the type to be excited for school to start back again, but this year was a little different. This summer was AMAZING, but I could tell it was time to get back to a schedule and do something productive with my life again. That's not enough to actually get me excited for school though. Even though I still say I'm home schooled, I go to classes with other homeschoolers three days each week, so what really got me excited was the fact that I would get to see all my friends again.
You know those friends you can pick up with right where you left off even if you haven't seen them in a long time? The ones you hardly even have to say hello to when you see them because it's like you were never apart? Those friends you are close with because you've been together through tears, laughter, work, and play? Those friends are the best. And that's why I'm happy to be back to school. :)
